Modern and functional rooms *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe room was apparently recently remodeled. It was in a top condition and very functional, i.e. you had everything you needed, nothing more and nothing less. So it was a brand new tv, a comfortable bed (140 times 200 centimeter), as well as a small bunk bed (to 100 kilogram). A shower, a wash basin formed as well as the sanitary facilities of the room, the toilet was in a separate room, with movement detectors light (with lengthy meetings should be a sign of life).
During our stay there was any problem with the air conditioning, this means you should according to the notices in the hotel 'red' (so really warm) for the room to cool. This worked just a short time, but when we woke up we noticed the hot air conditioning system now but not heated and cooled. There were probably due to the 40 degrees in the room. Since we slept with the windows open, which was not easily noticed by the extreme noise of the industry (-works), as well as the traffic noise from Ulmen Street (also at night more traffic than on some highways). If the a/c but works and the windows are closed, you get no noise from the outside.
We had booked with breakfast (12 €extra charge for two people), there was a wide selection of everything which the heart desired (you can also without slices of cheese and sausage nourishing breakfast). You were more than enough for the whole morning/afternoon. Very tasty and everything was always refilled quickly (from the front desk staff, but how else can you the price so low?!)
We had four very nice days in Nuremberg, on foot it is not in the city to walk, the nearest underground station is a very nice walk, by a quarter rather neglected. By bus or by train you can only change in the city. We would recommend the car, there is plenty of parking garages in Nuremberg. All in all, we are very satisfied!
