A dirty, smelly place *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA nightmare has a name: Etap hotel provins. The staff didn't speak German no English only French and Spanish. When we arrived, we were greeted with a Grimasse greeted in the face of staff, zero friendliness. Air conditioning was out of service ... And we have done for the past three days! We had difficulty communicating with the staff I think they didn't understand. The everything was not that bad, the hammer. We get the room 128, first floor. After the door opened, gave us a Geschtankwellemischung from butyric acid ( smell after finding Vomit+ Kot) and tobacco met. US almost a Vomiting triggered ... Immediately we did open our window, but hardly brought it out. The walls smudgy partially broken hardly space to turn around. Bathroom: shower curtain dirty with brown stains smeared with WC broken. reacted immediately at the reception everything I heard was ... I'm sorry ... In the demand for another room or only i cant help you get to hear. Picture this: a room where after Kot/Puke smells the hottest night of the year without air conditioning. The breakfast was drab the hygiene of the dinner room left a lot to be desired. The floor was sticky full under your feet. No plates! We have the bread in the napkins. I have stayed a written complaint, no response. The day we then left on the made a search for another hotel. We are on a Ibis hotel on trip advisor Ibis Marne La Vallee Noisy a great hotel
