4 star, but please do not stay at this hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis hotel is efficient sought after as a four star hotel! Small, fine and comfortable! Where is the comfort we could have stayed longer, if it inside at the optics and lack Sauberkkeit? The carpets in the hallways and staircases are dirty and worn. The walls are partly dirty. The elevator is so small, you garade alone with a suitcase and warned that it is out of place with several signs from failure (stuck due to overloading). The hotel has obviously only three other staff members, where briefly the reception is not occupied. The rooms are not four stars, if at all, on 3 star level! Also the carpet was stained and dirty, the walls were partly not clean, the floor dusting knows no one, the cabinets were dirty, the tv on the bar for today's standards tiny, peanuts in the minibar were immediately 'cold' and also tasted Sunday no overhead light in the room and a bedside lamp was broken and not lit, through the French window with Schlagregen water. The bathroom was the biggest let down, smells just start to chloride, carelessly hengt a 4-bin-flood Alder is over the sink, it regards a non-returnable plastic cups, the shower was completely torn off its hinges, so you the dirt at the edges could see, the shower door did not close properly. Between the tiles was black, the shower head was furred up... That is why four star begins in the room, but not here! The breakfast was acceptable and tasted, the room much too narrow for a buffet! The location of the hotel is good, lots of restaurants and shopping within easy reach of the Alster Lake and to the airport. But the rest.. There was really good 3-four star hotels in the immediate vicinity, but this hotel is not on the list... A renovation would be very highly desirable, otherwise more guests! From the cleanliness...
