Unfriendly hotelier *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAfter 2009 we have these days for the second and definitely last time I stay at the hotel Engel in schluderns spent. We had, that the quality and quantity of food, above all the pool was good, especially in comparison to other 4-star hotels, particularly comfortable or spa hotels. For example some evening hors-d'oeuvre plates within a few minutes after the start of formal meals emptied, to fill the flushed and probably modest starter plates was waiting in vain. Also the selection of food at the breakfast buffet in comparison to other 4 * Hotels but very modest. The cereals were only three kinds: standard cereal, probably from the discounter at the corner, normal cereal and chocolate flakes, from the shelf. Also the weight of hoteliers. So it probably brought the first entering the breakfast area at 9:30 A.M. Sunday against a friendly greeting on their lips tomorrow. Even over its daily hour friendliness was not noticeably improved. We will visit the hotel Engel in schluderns not more, as alternative local and regional 4 star hotels much better service at a better price/performance ratio have.

Tut mir leid Herr Maximilian, wenn Sie nicht bei uns zufrieden waren, ich möchte dazu allerdings bei dieser Bewertung Stellung nehmen!Es tut uns leid wenn wir Sie nicht wie vor 2 Jahren gewohnt beachtet haben, aber in diesem Zeitraum sind wir einfach total ausgebucht und bei 90 bis 100 Gästen, kann es schon mal passieren, dass ich bei so viel Arbeit nicht immer gleich jeden Gast beachtet habe! Tut mir auch leid, wenn ich in Gedanken sonst irgendwo war, und Sie nicht gegrüßt habe!
Aber wenn Sie das Essen ansprechen, muss ich mich vehement wehren, weil wir von Seiten der Gäste, wegen der Vielfallt und Qualität immer wieder gute Komplimente bekommen, was auch bei den ganzen Hotelbewertungen ersichtlich ist! Zudem haben wir seit fast 10 Jahren das gleiche Küchenpersonal, damit die Qualität nicht darunter leidet! Es kann allerdings schon mal vorkommen, da wir ein dermaßen großen Vorspeisen Buffet haben ca. 15 bis 20 verschiedene Platten, wenn ein Gast später kommt, dass nicht mehr das gesamte Buffet vorhanden ist, aber höchstens
2 bis 4 Sorten, das wir auf Anfrage noch immer jeden Gast nachserviert haben.

Wegen Preis Leistungs Verhältnis werde ich Ihnen genau aufzählten was sie für Ihren Preis bekommen haben:
In den Zeitraum wo Sie bei uns gewohnt haben kostet der Verwöhn Pension Preis ab 7 Tage,
bei der Preiskategorie I (große Balkonzimmer oder Familienzimmer): 62,- Euro!
Die Zimmer sind in verschiedenen Preiskategorien eingeteilt I – III, der Verwöhn Pension Preis kostet pro Person ab 7 Tage zwischen 56,- Euro bis 62,- Euro
In der Verwöhn Pension inbegriffen ist:
Übernachtung im gewählten Zimmer mit Frühstück, Nachmittagsbuffet, und Abendessen mit verschiedene Themaabende (Galadiner, Tiroler Abend, Italienischer Abend usw.)
Zudem ist in der Verwöhnpension folgendes imbegriffen:
- Benützung der Wellness Anlage ca. 900 m², 4 Saunen, 2 Schwimmbäder, Panoramadachterrasse auf dem Dach, großes Fittness Center
- Spielräume ca. 200 m², Billard, Tischtennis, Playstation, Tischfußball, Tischhockey, u.v.m.
Kleinkinderspielraum mit Ballrutsch, Kletterwand, Kinderkino, u.v.m
- Wöchentlich 2 bis 3 geführte Wanderungen, Nordic Walkingkurse mit unseren geprüften Wanderführer
- Kostenloser Verleih von: Fahrrad, Mountainbikes , Nordic Walking Stöcke u.v.m.
Können Sie mir wirklich ein Hotel in unserer Umgebung nennen wo Sie dies alles für diesen Verwöhn Pension Preis erhalten! Ich glaube Sie werden keines finden!!
Da Sie schon öfters bei uns gewesen sind, würde es uns leid tun Sie als Gast zu verlieren und würden uns umso mehr freuen wenn wir Sie in unserem Haus, wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen dürften!
