A luxury hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIt is a luxury hotel, no question. Perfectly trained staff. Extremely many things from the decor to the equipment paid attention to the smallest detail. There were three of us. For our 14 year old daughter, we had a luxury single room, we had luxury double room with view of the Alster. So nice the room was, only a sink is too little. Bidet was missing. Should be included in the price. The room according to the list of costs 600, per-. Night. Unfortunately, there is no room for the laundry. A large closet space, unfortunately only three drawers for clothes. This is for more than three days to two persons. After complaining we were offered a free upgrade to a junior suite. Remarkable. We wanted to then but not stay all together pack. The counter space in the bathroom is not enough. Mini bar was unfortunately not alcoholic drinks filled. The room is a little noisy, if next door bell was rung, we walked out the door. The massive criticism. We are around 11:00 arrived at the hotel. The rooms were not yet ready. Okay. You can't ask for 11:00. But if you already know, that the customer the rooms also, the housekeeping could choose. Around 14,10 the double room was ready. Only after a massive demand was to complete the single 15:00. It goes much better.
