Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe parking garage is very tight and the parking is across the ramp very difficult. Cost.15 Euro/Night. I parked in a parking garage, because the road every two hours card would need new former. Lack of information at the front desk on briefly park zone in front of the hotel. The staff was very unfriendly. On the second day we had no! Towels in room.

S.g. Frau Katalin,vorweg möchte ich mich vielmals bei Ihnen bedanken, dass Sie sich für einen Aufenthalt im Falkensteiner Hotel Am Schottenfeld entschieden haben. Wir sind ständig bemüht, all unseren Gästen ein Optimum an Komfort und Service zu bieten und Feedback hilft uns festzustellen, ob wir uns auf dem richtigen Weg befinden.
Die hoteleigene Parkgarage ist mittels Hebebühnensystem ausgestattet. Für größere Autos oder Gäste, welche ob dieses Systems nicht in der Garage parken möchten gibt es eine alternative Garage, welche 1 Minute vom Hotel entfernt ist.
Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind angehalten, den Wünschen der Gäste bestmöglich nachzugehen und diese stets auf kompetente und freundliche Art und Weise zu erfüllen. Ob Ihrer Anregung werden wir in Zukunft vermehrt, auch mittels externer Schulungen, die MitarbeiterInnen auf ein noch offeneres Eingehen auf den Gast trainieren, um Kommunikationsprobleme zu minimieren und somit kunden-freundlicher zu agieren.
Für die Nichtbestückung frischer Handtücher auf Ihr Zimmer möchte ich mich in aller Form entschuldigen.
