Too far away from the underground *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWell, I only two nights and was there on my own. For more days too little space for two people and too small rooms. In the bathroom on the floor and hair in the bathroom, not well cleaned. Walls were dirty and unlovingly installed. What was the air conditioning worked well and was quiet. Internet cost extra. Good four stars hotel I expect a free Wi-Fi, which today is common to days. The connection to the underground is only 15 minutes with a long stroll connected. U3 is okay, since one is fast in the first district is for all sights.

S.g. Zusanna, danke für Ihr Feedback zu Ihrem Aufenthalt. Ob der Sauberkeit haben wir Ihre Kritikpunkte an die zuständige Person weitergeleitet sodaß hierauf mehr geachtet wird. Schade, dass Sie zu weiteren Kritikpunkten nicht besser beraten/informiert wurden. Es gibt Packages, wo das Internet inkludiert ist und selbst man dieses nicht bucht/hat, kann man gerne den kostenfreien Businessterminal im öffentlichen Bereich nutzen. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln kommt man in nur 3 (Bus 48a) bzw. 5 Gehminuten (U6) leicht an jedes gewünschte Ziel (Zentrum, Bahnhof,...). Ich hoffe Sie hatten dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Wien und werden für Ihre zukünftigen Reisen andere Falkensteiner Häuser in Betracht ziehen.
