Better days *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel had it's best days were already past. Front desk staff is completely overtaxed when four guests newly arriving and checking in. Walls in the hallways are not cleaned partially reduced (paint was missing) room not cleaned bins, in the bathroom there was still hair from the previous guest. Remote control tv you can change the batteries, a subject therefor is available. Service desert in the breakfast service: cold coffee pot in the hot springs, unfriendly staff member, only fast at the clearing, you do want if you are still eating is. Conclusion for me:I will no longer book and Spa weekend for the business, we will have to look for something new, it's a pity as falkensteiner actually very good recommendation are subject to 95.00 euro should be a while longer
