Nice hotel but unfortunately very nicely dirty *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe cleanliness of the room was a disaster, hair in the bed and in the shower from the predecessor, water drained in the shower, where you saw dust, dust, dirt on the floor, balcony was full of spider webs, windows were not cleaned for what seems like an eternity, carpets in the hallways were dirty, as well as the staircase etc... not a four star hotel and a falkensteiner used to something else. The cleaning personnel came around 6:00 P.M. jump once aufbetten does not go at all!
