The lady who checked us in made up (don't know-the largest among women with long dark hair and glasses-very strong) was so rude, you had the impression that it wants to be rid of us again, very researchers dealing with guests, no information about the hotel or ate things. So incompetent and unfriendly person a I have never met. Arrived at the room was our heater and we had to once again on the rude girl at the front desk. You promised us someone would come and address. When we then the night after the swim back to the room it was always freezing in the room, so we went back to the front desk where we are friendly and accommodating by another receptionist (long blond hair, I believe called Friday b.) received. After we explained the situation, apologized very much and he gave us a different room, a very, very nice suite. The ladies in the restaurant are very nice and accommodating.
