Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ATransportation to and from the hotel, as well as around the hotel, there are some very good. It offers large, friendly rooms and great food. Also the service in the dining area and at the front desk was excellent. Some little things were annoying, however, such as, for example, the service at the Spa-bistro, as well as the handling of complaints. Furthermore, it would be great, if you get new towels in the sauna area would be (a floor higher than to go for new towels is not a 'Supreme-service') and there were enough water dispenser in the sauna area. All in all a good value for money, but the service could be better in some areas!
