Very sad *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe were with my parents-in-law and it was just a few things that did not work. The GNP cleanliness in the restaurant, slow service, drinks were not brought despite two order. Wines were sold out of fourth ordered was only first storage.
Food were not brought together, and the plates were cleared away together.
On departure, the housekeeping burst into the room came and asked when they are away, even though it was only half eleven. The rooms are booked up eleven o'clock.
I found to be a pity, because it is a very modern and nice hotel.
Complaints were not dealt with or as you can call it that.
