The Service Staff at the Breakfast is careless. Coffee/tea gets you are not offered, but only attention.
In the late evening electricity for a good half hour from, it does not endeavor to inform accordingly, or afterwards for the sorry for any inconvenience.
In the hotel's own Bar of the staff seemed overstrained, the other was just rude.
The hotel is very nice and the hotel's own Website promises a lot of comfort. However, the small drawbacks can ruin a mood.
