Great, but price-performance ratio okay *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AAll in all, a nice hotel at a high price, but all in all can recommend if you didn't look on the money.
Location in the mountains means is rather Colder weather and changeable than for example in Carinthia. Very nice possibilities to hiking/cycling & other excursions in the area
Lake was full of tadpoles & water slide on a case-by-case in operation.
Rooms in the new wing are more expensive, overall, the hotel was rather expensive, only in low season rates are from our point of view in order, for example child as baby 37 Euro per day
We had a daily fight for the chairs, in the new or someone to ask.
Indoor play area is nice, it is generally quiet and well-mannered for a kids hotel. Our support did not met expectations, it was important that the child sleep obviously only
Food was generally okay, really all inclusive, the breakfast was great, lunch buffet, not exciting, afternoon snack good, 'functional' in the evening but not exciting.
Friendliness of the staff was not exceptional but okay
Parts of the hotel, for example, the terrace and dining room are old.
Water in the pool for a kids hotel much too cold (about 24 °C)

Vielen Dank für die Bewertung!Folgende Bemerkung möchten wir hiermit aber korrigieren:
Unser Hallenbad (Erwachsenen-Pool und Babypool) ist auf eine konstante Wassertemperatur von mindestens 30 °C programmiert. Eine Unterschreitung dieser Temperatur wäre nur bei einem technischen Defekt möglich.
Aufgrund dieser Kritik werden wir in Zukunft die Wassertemperatur zusätzlich auch manuell überprüfen.
