A nice kids hotel with any weaknesses *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AEven though I usually a fan of the detailed description, much has been said here, so that constant repeats the whole thing wasn't't make better ☺ The vacation was simply a round thing. Rooms, child care, food, service-there was no reason to complain. Our biggest problem was at the food in the garden pavilion wasps plague-but it was certainly not an isolated this summer. Therefor you had your peace before in the dining room. The service was pretty good. It was the quality, the one for normal all inclusive vacation just ruined ☺. Certainly was not every day the ideal dish. But the possibility, also a children's menu (praise-worthy: very varied) to use, or take account of special requests (big compliment) we never get up with an empty stomach, but at least with satisfaction descent. What was: the service! No matter if it was at the front desk or in the dining room-whether on a regular basis, or trainee intern: it was absolutely top. Even if some took a bit longer, because it was high season: everything was the best, as far as it was possible. The big plus of the hotel is the sister hotel post illion with in-house beach directly on Lake millstatt. You have to walk a few meters therefor, we didn't find negative. Which has gene FFs, the number was with the name for the beach chairs (both directly by the pool, as well as on the lake): in the morning the few, the 'occupied' were, the nameplate angeknotet, and then in the afternoon sometime in...-did not really took care of you, what ggfs again stress produced. Is not in the mind of the inventor, but so means you have not found. The child care was excellent, also events not just in the evening program (also for the whole family) we have rarely seen in the quality (for example, the hike to the sandy ALM)-however it worked with the communication on changes to the program not always hundred %. But this is nitpicking. Our conclusion: just a nice hotel for families in one of the most beautiful areas of Carinthia-for beach, bicycle and hiking and also the families, the pearl of Austria want to meet. The geographical location (Carinthian lakes to the Weißensee, Spittal, Klagenfurt with mini Mundus, visits to Italy (for example, the market in Tarvisio), Slovenia and so on) are for active families, who want to experience the Carinthia, just a wonderful, just to spend their vacation here.
