Family winter sports holiday

Location
About 40 minutes walk from the centre of zell am see (or €10 in a taxi); however there are shops etc very close by and a trip in to the town centre isnt necessary unles you want to. Hotel is ideally located for skiiers as its is right by one of the lifts.
Extremely freindly staff, with very good spoken English.
Gastronomy
Delicious food, very good all round, although be aware that lunch is usually a traditional dish (no choices) which some may find unusual.
Sport & Entertainment
Pool and wellness area were fantastic - especially the childrens pool which is like sitting in a warm bath! there is a small gym, which we didnt use, plus excellent child friendly play room and garden which my 2 year old loved. Child care is available although we didnt use it - not sure od the laws in austria; however the ratios of children to adults did not seem in line with UK regulations and this did make me feel uneasy. Onsite ski and board rental, internet access, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, relaxation areas.
Room
we had unrenovated rooms and they were still lovely, well equipped and very clean and warm.
