Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe wanted to spend in the autumn for just a few days in a well-kept kids hotel. This has unfortunately not so, as expected. We are probably just spoiled by comparable hotels, but a few things just didn't fit. Our two boys loved it, because the child care was great. But other areas fit, unfortunately, not so good. The room was not really cleaned at the arrivals (hair in the bathroom, Sitzsäche in the children's room dirty, dead mosquitoes in the curtain with blood, and so on). But here there was for reference by us on the next day immediately corrected. The furnishings in the dining and bar areas were strewn with various hair. Not just in a four star house. The food we are from other houses in Austria and in particular South Tyrol stayed elsewhere. We would have liked it better. The staff in the restaurant was not suitable in our eyes. The price/performance ratio is not correct. This can substantially better other houses. Empty plates are very long before the guest, without them being picked up. The location of the hotel is also not ideal. Above a railway and a level of cleanliness of the guest view of the commercial area of Zell am see. Can you imagine a nicer view. In the winter, the hotel is situated right on the slopes. This is a great one. All in all it was good for the kids, but for the 'forgotten' parents Sunday a highlight was the massage, which was in its glory. But the sauna area was already quite old and not up-to-date anymore for the hotel category. We will definitely not come and go over the Brenner, South Tyrol.
