A familotel we had expected *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was our first vacation in families/kids hotel a. We had expected something different about. Positive were size of room, cleanliness and friendliness. However, we were quite disappointed by a few things. Overall the hotel is okay, but unfortunately without any or Charme feel-good atmosphere. The dining room is bright tiled, neon-lit, the food was ready on a trolley in Alueimern-rather hostel atmosphere. For example we were assumed that the dining room is a dining or similar are leaking, so that the parents could eat in peace once halfway-none. We thought we had our child can have a drink in the evening and with fittings have a baby armed wine etc. at the bar or similar. There are here but unfortunately not. And in the dining room even after the food to sit, was unimaginable. This meant we are with our child went to bed... The pool was obviously at some point later grown. No kids 'pool, a few lonely swimming noodles in a box, all in all not inviting at all. The sauna is a twice 2 m home box next to the pool is the, the idea here to sit with someone took a Beklemmungsgefühle tourism. So it wasn't't available. The game room is in, equipped with large play kitchen and slide. Without any toys or other facilities. It would have at the front desk to lend-which we never did. All in all unlovingly, cold and Stark. A hotel for families should, in our view, the opposite beam. We could relax here and not fühlwn. It was very, very strenuous. The location of the hotel in meransen is quite isolated. There are two village shops. We stayed in our four days no pub, cafe or similar found in the time you can drink a coffee. Hikes from the hotel were practically not possible, unless you take to the hotel with its about 30 minutes once children only on roads in the very long pulled village to walk. All in all not recommended for families. Even if the staff is very friendly.

Liebe Carolin,vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Kritik. Wir finden es sehr schade, dass es Ihnen nicht bei uns gefallen hat und werden Ihre Kritikpunkte im Team besprechen, um Verbesserungen herbei zu führen, insbesondere den Verleih der Spielsachen betreffend. Wir haben diesen eingeführt, damit alle Kinder immer in den Genuss von vollständigen und ganzen Spielsachen kommen, aber wir können gut verstehen, wenn Gäste das als umständlich empfinden und werden überlegen, wie wir das einfacher handhaben können. Babyphones sind vorhanden, daher sind wir über diese Kritik etwas irritiert, werden aber diesbezüglich die Gästekommunikation überprüfen. Ein Ausbau der Sauna ist derzeit in Planung. Mit unserem Küchenchef werden wir besprechen, inwieweit wir die Präsentation der Speisen verbessern können. Wir hoffen sehr, dass Sie uns vielleicht doch noch einmal eine Chance geben und wir Sie bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt von unseren Leistungen überzeugen können.
