Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe'have been here a few times in the Solaria guests settlement, and we always have a nice small apartment. We now have realized that unfortunately mold on the wall on the terrace. Also where towels hanging, it is full of mildew... (blue) when we got there we are always in spite of the cold air through. When we entered the Apparztment this time we had a bad odor in the nose... We hope, that it is next year, because it would be a shame, if we could not more.

Lieber StefanWir danken Ihnen sehr für Ihre Bewertung. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, Sie als langjährigen Gast wieder bei uns zu wissen.
Wir sind sehr betroffen, dass sich im Laufe Ihres Aufenthaltes an einigen Stellen Kleinstmengen von Schimmel gebildet hat. Wir haben sofort nach Lösungen gesucht. Nach diversen Gesprächen mit Spezialisten haben wir uns nun für das korrekte Verfahren entschieden.
Die beauftrage Firma garantiert uns, dass nach einer fachgerechten Behandlung mit einem für Mensch und Tier unbedenklichen Anstrich die erneute Bildung von Schimmel verunmöglicht wird.
Diese Arbeiten werden wir zwischen April und Mai 2012 durchführen.
Wir sind sehr glücklich über diese Lösung und freuen uns bereits heute, Sie somit nächstes Jahr wieder bei uns zu begrüssen!
