Insomnia in Conil

This building needs a noise reduction and a urgent drying asap.The landlords are very kind and helpful but also a bit "oblivious".
Facts:
The entire building is wet! Huge water-stains in all rooms, moud smell inside after a short absence time. The doors and windows are a bit wind-prone. Lanzarote is a windy location and we are not that thin-skinned. But the noises during the night are really heavy. All entrance-doors and windows are rattling, the generator of the fridge and water heating system are growling the whole night-change every 30 minutes and not ONE inner door could be closed because of a water damage.
Our kids slept upstairs-unfortunately the terrace slide door was not lockable. Every doter were able to enter the building without a key!
Not a really safe feeling! OK, maybe this combination was bad luck, but if our kids needs an atopy there´s no need for us to spend a 3000 km journey to get it.
Result: Nice building, well equipped and located, but we guess the landlords are more interested in one time tenants to earn money for the renovation.
