Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe thought that we could try a Landal Park (are actually staunch center Parc makers) and so we booked Aelderholt. From the moment we arrived we were negative surprised by the managment and incompetence of the staff at the front desk. You had the feeling that you would disturb lazy people. Our house (guy E6) was okay so far. The room and wardrobes are so small that we luckily, the remaining rooms, than Kleidungszimmer needed to use as the clothes not fit in the closets. The bathroom smelled awful and we have a half an hour walk the water. Then it was reasonably. The prices in the restaurant were so over priced that we saved the visit. The pool was reasonably clean, only the people always walked your shoes in the changing rooms around although the shoes to get into the room should be rolled out. The Park otherwise was clean, but that was all. In the middle of the holiday our heating and when we went to the front desk to complain about this they told us that the front desk was closed and we go back in the morning. Just a moment, it was November! Well, for the whole of our trip to no one showed up the heating to fix it even though we had been promised. Thank God the heater in the hotel, but we could get going, but still I found this a cheekeness of the staff. Ergo emerges for us, once Landal and never again!
