Nice little and central unit, only recommended *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe unit is in the Martin Luther-Str 5 , in a building of about 10 parties. The unit itself was located on the ground floor, with a view of the patio. If you enter the unit is located on the left hand side a wardrobe. Go straight through it into a small bathroom with a shower, but the shower head impossible appropriate, so you can only shower if you the shower head in the hands. Outside the bathroom then in the kitchen with dinning place and two seating opportunities. Turn left on the wall is a shelf with toaster, tea/coffee making facilities. Also a microwave oven and a small stereo. The kitchenette is done up in red and includes a small fridge, Hängeschränke with enough dishes and silverware, and two-burner hotplate. The bedroom ( outside the bathroom right) is decorated in white and features a bed with a 140 cm mattress and two duvets, and two pillows. In the large mirrored wardrobes are towels and more linens. Also a ironing boards, vacuum cleaners and cleaning utensils. There is also a TV and a DVD player. The appartment was , 2009 modernized with parquet. There is also free wifi. The flat is located directly on the Michel, from where you can easily to the Reeperbahn, to the Landungsbruecken, to St. Michaelis church and the jungferstieg and shopping malls and the European passage Alsterhaus Mönkeberg walk as well as to the main shopping street. You can park your car in the Michelparkhaus during the week. If the car, then I will cost you the €7.50 per day. Train travel is reasonably priced and if you prefer the driving. During weekends from Friday night 18h until Monday morning free parking on the side streets. A bonus, a grocery are within walking distance. If you take a right out of the house and the street a little piece of walk up, then on the right is a walk-in store with sandwiches. The lessor of the apartment is very nice. Only with the email contact a bit lacking with him. At urgent things you need to telephone. Mr Mastalka rents a second unit larger. Was rated by me too.
