Absolutely horrible - do not visit
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThis was by far my worst holiday I ever had. We were around 40 people and booked one of the houses. Everybody was devastated by the service we received (actually it was non-existent). Everything (really... everything) costs extra and if you take one wrong step you need to pay a fine (example: 200 € if you kick a ball at the wall of one of the houses - so families with children please watch out). We were warned by people from the town that we will never see our caution again and they were right.
After knowing that we cleaned our rooms and the party area like crazy. It was much more cleaner than before (which was not hard to achieve) but they didn't pay back the 200,- € ,claiming it was dirty.
When our lawyer contacted them , asking for the documents that would show the details of the "dirty" rooms they sent it to us and demanded 50,- € for the extra work! (meaning sending the e-mail)....
The first night I was even told that they would charge us 50,- € if they got a call from the neighbors - if we are too loud (meaning 50,- € per call!). And if the police came they would charge us even more! I was pretty shocked to hear something like that - but fortunately we weren't too loud.
So my advise is: Please do not visit, it is absolutely not worth your money and nerves.
