Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AIf you arrive early, you have bad maps. AL bracelet one gets at 12.00 , so no free drinks, no Fl. Water. From 2 pm. We were 3 couples the arrived and everyone got a room that was not cleaned at all. signs of the Vorurlauber everywhere (hair everywhere, dirty sheets, versifftes sink etc. ) manager from the house keeping has everything immediately. From then the rooms were always properly cleaned. But the dining area was the icing on the cake. No clean cups, dirty cutlery, food leftovers from the previous guests on the tables, everything dingy. We then moved our guide to rate, he was listed and it was used to the manager. We gave him also noted that the reviews on HolidayCheck because the last few weeks always poor. Hoping for recovery, but it ändererte unfortunately, nothing. Actually the grounds with the pools very nice, you would just lie on it (totally versofft). At the garden bar there were never enough cups, the always had to be collected again the pool. They also you despite dishwasher only short rinsed off with water. The capuccino much every day different, arrived on the mood of the staff. The glass tables in the lobby bar were only occasionally wiped sticky, everything from the cocktails (the also didn't taste good). With a few exceptions were all staff unfriendly and desinterressiert. The pool chairs on the beach are old and unattractive, the cushions totally dirty. We had booked a budget room the actual new building. But the furniture was worn (never new furniture - maybe out purchased by another hotel) There was a nice clean swimming pool with poolside bar and some shops were available. There is not much you at night. With the taxi one could in different areas of Hurghada, price is always return. You should look at. Highly recommended, was the quad trip and the snorkeling (Blue trip). We have stayed several times in Egypt and had always gutgelauntes kind attentive staff. So I am very disappointed. If someone in Egypt for the first time (knows country and people not) and chose this hotel, this might not visit country, because they now think it was like that everywhere. We do not put us, because we know it is for the price it differently.
