Better than expected

Check in efficient and speedy, reception staff and bell boys very helpful
Large hotel with very spacious foyer with loads of seating areas
Very good size rooms with balconys and cleaned daily
All inclusive - Good choice of meals and snacks available throughout the day at various locations around the site
Predominately eastern block nationalities with some english ( would have preferred more english) , all ages
Location
Layout of hotel gave option to use 4 swimming pool facilities and walk through very tidy gardens to beach ( 3 mins walk from hotel lobby to sunbeds on beach)
40 minutes from airport, 20 mins to either resorts Hurghada orEl Gouna
Various small shops in hotel with a few more outside.
Use of Hotel facilities at Sunrise Hotel Jardin next door as well
Excursions available to Luxor, Hurghada Town & Marina, diving, water parks etc if wanted
Staff very friendly and helpful
All willing to learn and speak english with a smile
Prompt service when required
Gastronomy
1 main buffet restaurant, 2 snack bars, 1 asian restaurant and 5 drinks bars - some supplying soft drinks and tea and coffee
Wide Selection in Main restaurant and plenty available
Dining Areas kept spotless at all times
Friendly atmosphere, central tipping point in most bars and restaurants, staff very grateful when tips given
Sport & Entertainment
Beach and pool areas kept clean and tidy, more than enough sun beds available all with mattresses. Daily clean beach and pool towels available
Room
Large room with big double bed, 2 arm chairs and small table, TV, Fridge and Safe.
Balcony had lovely view with seats and small table
Tips and recommendations
Internet cafe on site, mobile phones worked ok.
Weather hot and breezy
Excellent value for money as All Inclusive
