transfer from hotel was quick and efficient. Hotel very welcoming on arrival. Close to beach and very helpfull taxi booking service. Hotel shops selling essentials i.e cigs chocolate toiletries aswell as other items.
Plenty of excursions on offer either through travel agency or private.

The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble for them. There knowledge of foreign languages is a credit to them.

The dinning area is clean with plenty of staff on hand. There is a wide variety of food and something for everyone to eat. Please remember you are in Egypt being catered for by egyptian chefs, (when in Rome) you will not get bacon for obvious reasons and the meat will mostly be Beef and well cooked not much grazing in the desert.. The Al a Carte restuarants were a bit disapointing, but again they are not Italian chefs and ingedients are not as we would expect in Italy.

We were there for Xmas and New Year and the Gala dinners were amazing The Chefs put on a fantastic Buffet and obviously spent hours preparing. The Staff couldnot do enough for you and i dont think i had an empty glass all evening (Wine was good) and entertainment great. There was entertinment on every evening and the Entertainment team were so friendly even though we did not take part in any of the hotel entertainment
which was through choice. The pool area and beach was kept clean and ther was always someone on hand to help with sunbeds etc

The room was clean and larger than average with TV fridge and hairdryer.
The bathroom was clean but very tired with shower gel and soap provided.

All in all the holiday was great. The food does get repetative over two weeks but you get what you pay for and we were never hungry. We did eat out twice and to be honest it was no better than hotel just a change of scenery. The staff are fantastic and treat them right drop them a few tips and you will want for nothing all holiday. If you want something just ask. I asked for cheese one evening and we got a small plate most nights without asking and a glass of wine to wash it down with. The hotel does seem to have more eastern european guests and i did read a few bad reviews about the Russians but had no bad experience with any guests. but the english are the minority. Definatley go back.
