We had a very enjoyable stay at the Festival Riviera. The staff at the hotel were mostly friendly, although as we were two single girls travelling together we did experience some comments/unwanted attention from some of the bar staff.

Overall the hotel seemed to be well run and any cmplaints were dealt with appropriately. The general cleanliness was good although we did have a couple of problems with the making up of the room on more than one occasion (failure to provide clean towels or to replenish toilet paper).

We found the entertainment to be excellent, with a variety of shows each night followed by a disco. The 'Animation Team' were especially comptent at keeping the guests entertained and made our stay very enjoyable.

We were delayed at the hotel for an extra four days and the tour operator and hotel staff made this very comfortable for us despite the disruption to our journey.
