Friendly and very helpful when needed
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Athe hotel was not what i expected for a special occasion but having said that i did enjoy my time there,the staff that i met,mohamed e.,mohamed a. and the bar staff at the splash pool 2 where fantastic i enjoyed there time with us,the rooms where large but they where not cleaned enough there was bits on the floor and they where still on the floor when we left,the food you did not cater for the english ,the guests in part where ok except the russians who i saw where ignorrant
Location
the distance to the beach was great,the distance to the airport and the next city was great you where not travalling very far at all,the trips where very good and not to bad on price
has i have said the staff that i have met from the dinning room,lobby bar,splash pool pool attendents cleaners,gardners where great,room cleaners could be bit better the staff in the reception area could be a bit better,example i went to the reception to pay for my laundry one of came too me then some russians came to the reception and he left me for them
