Never again in this hotel *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A ANo German at the reception, after complaints were not taken into consideration. Sea view from the side was of the mountains of plastic bottles of building nebananliegenden, but looked a bit from the sea. Water in the bathroom didn't drain (gradient from the gully Road, instead of out), broken lighting was not on. Very many Russian guests, the other guests had no consideration, since the doors were slammed all night to, to continuous sleep was never to think.
A and very noisy Hotel. Entertainers were friendly.
On written prohibitions and provisions should make the hotel better, because, a few guests and it was not, (especially Kleidervorschrift).
Steps to the ocean crowded seaweed, slipping.
Suite hasty opinion in an interview with other German speaking guests, never again, not worth two stars.

Lieber Gast,Es tut uns wirklich leid, dass Sie diese Erfahrung in unserem Hotel gemacht haben, jedoch sind sehr viele deutschen Gaeste zufrieden mit unserem Hotel.
In Bezug auf deutsch sprechen: wir bieten unseren Angestellten deutsch Sprachunterricht an.
Das sind neben unseren deutsch sprachigen Mitarbeitern, die Managerin der Gaestebetreuung, der Front Office Manager, der Supervisor der Rezeption, der Schiftleiter der Rezeption und zusaetzlich der Reiseleiter der Thomas Cook AG.
Wir organisieren einmal im Monat einen Umwelttag fuer Sauberkeit in der Umgebung, die Reste gehoeren jedoch nicht zu unserem Hotel.
Ueber den Mangel im Badezimmer: unsere Instanthaltung behebt regelmaesige Maengel innerhalb von 20 Minuten, im Falle eines Mangels von entscheidender Bedeutung, wird das Zimmer gewechselt.
Wir haben zu keiner Zeit einen Wartungsauftrag Ihrer seits bekommen.
In Bezug auf die lauten russischen Gaeste: das ist ihre Natur, und selbst in diesem Fall kann das keiner aendern.
Wir haben Gaeste kontaktiert, die im selben Korridor gewohnt haben und sie um Ruhe gebeten.
Der Anteil der russischen Gaeste liegt bei 30-35 % in unserem Hotel, genauso wie der Anteil underer Gaeste aus Osteuropa und Westeuropa.
Wegen den Stufen ins Meer: fuer die Sicherheit unserer Gaeste haben wir 3 grosse Schilder in 5 verschiedenen Sprachen angebracht, die darauf hinweisen, dass man das Meer nur an den gekennzeichneten Eingaengen betreten soll, da es dort nicht glatt ist.
Vielen Dank fuer Ihren Besuch in unserem Hotel und wir freuen uns darauf, Sie wieder in unserem Hotel Willkommen zu heissen.
