Festival Riviera Resort

Hotel had it's own beach which was very good.

Waiters in restaurant very poor (except for 1 individual - can't remember his name) everything seemed to be too much of an effort.
Managers seemed to turn a blind eye as to what was going on unless you complained only then did they take action.
Room cleaning ok.
Broken toilet took 5 days and 5 complaints before it was fixed.
Loss of water on 2 seperate days and no air-con for approx. 4 hours one evening.

Cleanliness in restaurant and splash bar 1 very poor - tables not cleaned after use, food on floor not cleaned up and table mats dirty with ingrained food.
Splash bar 1 again very dirty, little or no service - ordered food not delivered eg. 6 meals ordered and only 5 meals supplied.
Splash bar 2 clean and service excellent - the waiter Walied excellent and definately knows how to look after customers.
Coffee machines always seemed to be broken.

Sunbeds have seen better days - wheels broken, hinges on backs broken - some pieced together with nails.
2 of the pools not cleaned and ended up with very green looking water.
Floors around pool side very sticky - never washed.
There was an accident in the kids pool late one night and a customer cut his head wide open - the pool of blood was still there at 9am - again a lack of cleanliness

The beds were very large and very comfortable.
Rooms always cleaned.
