Staff's friendliness: Horror!, At the reception and lobby bar. no feeling, no smile, attitude catastrophic. everyone would like a tip, but it offered nothing, not even a smile that would earn the tip. Knowledge of foreign languages: English is the language that the whole world is using to communicate, here is so bad that You can not believe it! Man who clean rooms, has more knowledge than the people at the reception. we could not order a coffee (for the room) because the other side of the line could not speak English, then angrily saying something in their language and hung up.

Rooms are in principle right. Handling complaints: We had a problem with the room. We got a family room (this is one room divided. between the door through which you hear the breathing). If you paid vacation, all inclusive, you expect to have your own room. However, the two of us had to our room share with strangers. that door in the middle, its like they are not there. We wanted to change the room because people in other room were already complaining becouse cigarettes. They said that they will switch our room afternoon ... We packed our things afternoon they said that there is no room. Our neighbors after 2 days were gone-checked out, then we got ourself next guests. young russians. who woke me at 7am with loud music, then again evening at 2am with loud TV. However, we went to the reception, and again nothing! handling complaints?? nop
