Finca Arico was a nice place, nice location, but not in wint *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWe visited the four of us for a week at the December/January. The welcoming conversation was very friendly, also were all nice and warm radiator, so that you can really feel comfortable. You could also, if the heaters not issued at 1 hour employed, in the morning and during the day a short time didn't been heated.
Already on the second day (17:00 o 'clock) the heating was turned on until we asked for it reluctantly and 22:00 o' clock again turned off. The last two days turned did not more. Original: you have a Finca in Majorca in winter which rented you want because, you do a sweater at... If you want to spend your 10-14 degrees showers or in the dining room and living room, which is in the winter a finka recommendation. The nighttime temperatures amounted to seven degrees 0A.
In the winter on Mallorca on this Markus, that you were always cold, because the building is to heat up no opportunities, neither from the inside nor the outside.
The manager/owner was not willing to change this state of affairs, more money after heating (original soundtrack: who should pay the...) wood for the oven buys you a necessity, but not to the gas station, as recommended, but in the store. Conclusion: The complex is well maintained and nice, the hotel was very attractive and without constraint certainly very comfortable. The Finca is certainly a recommendation for the summer months. A car is a requirement.
Note: probably will be in a few days enthusiastic tourists an entry, the proclaimed even just couldn't understand. Whether this is a coincidence is...?
