In a word: wonderful
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AStayed here in August 2011 and can't possibly describe how good Finca Son Olive is . The personal service provided by Jutta and Michael makes Son Olive seem like home from home .
The Finca itself is a 15th century converted farmhouse situated within 30,000sqm of gardens and consisting of 9 beautifully restored suites and rooms. All are air conditioned and have TV's, safes, mini bars and well appointed bathrooms.
Breakfast is personally served on the Terrace each day by Jutta and cooked to order fresh by Michael , it's here you can engage with Jutta and pick her brains on her wonderful knowledge of the local area and the beautiful Island of Majorca. The Finca is situated just outside of Inca in the centre of the Island and makes it an ideal location to explore by car either north to the great beaches of Alcudia or a hair raising trip through the mountains. I dare you to make the trip down to the secluded bay of Port Valdemosa !
Alternatively spend a day by the pool in the beautiful gardens surrounding the Finca , we have never felt so relaxed.
I really can't speak highly enough about the Son Olive , we will certainly be returning .
Btw , do not follow Google maps directions here or you will get lost , instead simply leave the Motorway at J27 head towards Inca following signs for Lluc and Selva. As you exit Inca towards Selva you will pass a BP garage on your right , take the next turning on the right and follow the yellow sign posts to the Finca.
