Great location, bad service *

The very good location made the poor service of the reception or the cleaning staff up again. Neither toilet paper, soap or even refilled, our room was quite small, the air conditioning didn't work, in the lobby is a NESPRESSO machine, use the we not, the staff at the reception and the breakfast area were all rather a stressed, bored impression, was also not greeted. This is for the offered prices simply not okay! What is the hotel location and facilities are concerned but really recommended.
