Eine Komfort-Ausstattung schön und gut, aber nicht wenn im Bad die Ausstattung aus Geldmangel so bleibt wie zum Baujahr des Hauses eingebaut worden ist. Auf der Buchungsbestätigung stand mit Dusche und im Bad habe ich eine Badewanne vor gefunden.
Ein Zimmer direkt im Treppenhaus und auch noch gegenüber dem Fahrstuhl
zu bekommen ist nicht ideal gelöst und aus meiner Sicht unzumutbar.
Ein Bett mit den Abmessungen 90*200m ist bei mir Standard und nicht Komfort. Ein zweites Bett im Einzelzimmer ?? machte den Raum sehr beengt. Das Personal reagierte sehr unmotiviert und nicht sehr kompetent für Reklamationen.
