Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is clean and the food was OK. However, it is not possible on the day of departure the private beach without a fee to use. But we had to again €30, -/ 2 persons pay. The price is not cheap hotel prices not akteptieren. The beach is very small and only over many stages and on the south shore road. There is no bar on the beach. The quality of the water was here for Lake Wörth bad, as the lake in the area was very shallow and the water wasn't so clear and smells unpleasant. The location of the hotel is just average. It is located in a quiet area, but for shopping, shopping and going out in the evening you always need a car. Within walking distance of the hotel there is no entertainment.
Due to the overall situation and an additional fee of beach, in misguided and behaviors of owner when the complaint we will not any longer visit, especially on the lake lots of other nice hotels are, where swimming on the departure day without any charge is possible for each separately charged will be dismissed.

Sehr geehrte Frau Heidi,Ihre Bewertung trifft uns sehr, zumal Sie und Ihre Freunde (unsere Strandnachbarn)
wiederholt betonten, dass wir uns nun öfters sehen werden, weil Sie sich so wohl gefühlt haben.
Ich möchte hier nur kurz auf Ihre Bewertung eingehen, damit auch Aussenstehende Leser diese verstehn.
Unsere hoteleigenen Gäste können selbstverständlich unseren Strand am Abreisetag benutzen, (in der Regel sagen uns dies die Gäste dann beim auschecken auch, was aber natürlich eine Frage der Höflichkeit ist ) die 2x 15.- Euro wurden nicht Ihnen sondern den nicht angemeldeten Freunden und Nichthausgästen berechnet.
Der Strand hat bei 50 Hausgästen 60 Liegestühle und ca.350m². Für unsere Hausgäste absolut genug, wenn nicht unangemeldete hausfremde Personen ihn mitbenutzen.
Die Wasserqualität ist hier hervorragend und viel gelobt, weswegen Ihre verägerten Freunde ja in unmittelbarer Nähe ihren Strand und ihr Segelboot liegen haben.
Es gibt keine Bar am Strand, aber natürlich haben auch Sie am Nachmittag unseren Eis und Getränkeservice genutzt.
Ja, wir liegen sehr ruhig und das ist genau das, was unsere Gäste so schätzen.
Abschliessend möchten wir erwähnen, dass wir einen Hotel mit Hotelstrand haben und keinen öffentlichen Badestrand, der kostenfrei für jedermann zugänglich ist.
Dieses Privileg ist unseren Hausgästen vorbehalten, selbst am Abreisetag.
