Not A Five-Star Standard *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel is unfortunately not the usual five star standard. Is' tired ' Hotel, in room clear stains on the ceiling. Floor coating of the room not clean appearing. Furniture partly. Very scratched and 'worn'. Air conditioning was set very low, despite immediate issue any substantial improvement for the 'fridge atmosphere'. Bathroom worn, unfortunately very unclean, no tooth cleaner glass or similar to find. The absolute surprise waiting for me, when I see a drinks from the mini bar wanted-in the minibar is a card, on which one is asked, the shop at the reception-great idea, if you are fresh in the bathrobe the mini bar opens. Upon check-out I tried this at the reception friendly to communicate-whether it would be possible at least a 'note card' outside the mini bar to reposition-the only comment from the lady at the front desk was-it is in the shop much cheaper. The current appearance of the hotel I think certainly missed the target group.
