Impossible hotel, never again *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI was very rude. My stay was thank God it was only a night. I stayed with a colleague. We were invited to a party in the evening. So we asked for a second key for our room, as it could be, that we would come back at different times. The lady answered: You can deposit the key with us. The illogical thing is as it should be, when the first of us since it is the room in order to catch up, and then a shoe between the door and the key to back down, so that the second of the two of us again a key when he came back. We asked How then can go without someone else in our room, while we the shoe zwishen the door and the key to the front desk. The lady just laughed. (how rude) we entered the room. On the carpet were strange stains the looked like babbles away, or anything like that, I do not think about it. These spots were in other rooms, that we knew from other colleagues, at the same time in this hotel were. There was mold in the shower, the sink was not clean. The bathroom very small. So to second make-up is not only on the toilet. The beds were on wheels, where I sit gestürtz the almost. Also very narrow and very heavy ceiling, I could hardly move. When we wanted to our party, we asked the ladies: where the bus ferries would pick us busy. The reaction of the lady: well located at the front on the street and the only 18 o'clock.(very snotty) it was 18,20 o'clock. When we came back after the celebration, there was a very friendly young man and welcomed us, even with a saying. We slept in the narrow beds not very clean sheets. When we got to the breakfast room and we had found a table where we could take place was still very much used cutlery and the table was sticky. I was a lady whether perhaps you could wipe table. It: therefor I am not responsible, ask someone from the service. Okay great answer. I said if you do not do this and I was ignored. (it stend not to anyone who service) so I spoke to the nearest lady. (the same reply as the other lady) I went to the counter and asked the gentlemen, whether it be of service, answer: yes. I asked him whether he could our table. He time: if he has time. So we waited. It took a because. We pushed the old table-ware and napkins legeten on the side of the sticky. We got our breakfast, the selection was very offering a clear view(not so much) we then had everything together and it was still no one there to wipe the table. I asked for one more time and then finally someone came. My colleagues and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We were all very satisfied and we have in our company more lead and we do not believe, that we will book again next year. There are many other better hotels in Hanover.
