Very poor service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AWith a group of twelve people we reserved rooms in the hotel 'the stork tower'. After initial confusion on the part of the staff, despite written confirmation, we could refer the room. They are simply furnished, but adequate for the price.
In the evening we reserved a table in the beer garden and the disaster started... After almost an hour we finally had the opportunity to order drinks. After a quarter of an hour still no beer on the table, we asked for. The waitress acted slightly annoyed and unfriendly, inter alia, with statements' I cannot do anything about it '. Furthermore, they forgot completely drink orders, orders came against other duplicate or were not complete.
The food, we waited about an hour and a half, was good. However, were agreed not fulfilled special requests, with the statement 'is' s not more'.
The top off the evening, there was a fee. Although we only wanted a tip, we completed the (significant) amount of €for two. It was with a snotty and ironic ' Oh, two euro tip. Thank you!' acknowledged.
After the evening ended followed the breakfast. Cheese and sausage choice was good and was refilled if necessary. The rolls were empty, we asked the waitress for seconds. Per adult person are unfortunately only two small narrow pre rolls into account.
After a busy weekend for us: Storchenturm, no thanks!
