Upon arrival we noticed, that you can see from the road the entire kitchen could see. The cleanliness and order made appetite.
The staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The whole family is from early morning until late at night, together with the extremely friendly staff, for the well-being of the guests one. Every small request is immediately fulfilled.
The hotel consists of an old and a new part, as well as a few meters away guest house. According to another guest to guest house and in the rooms just be a small part, but we cannot judge for themselves.
A room in the old part of the hotel we checked out. It was small and simple, but quite comfortable.
We decided at the time of booking for a slightly more expensive new room, which was fully worth it. We found a very large, bright modern rooms with a large balcony before, which left nothing to be desired. The bathroom was large and comfortable, the separate toilet. The hand towels and beach towels were changed daily.
A floor above us was the wellness area, the really deserves its name. Apart from the pool, he certainly met the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, you have to take into account, in the saunas the hotel guests arrive, the sauna and the local culture are not used to generate resentment and occasional other guests.
For a deposit you get a bathrobe and sauna towel, which we daily changed.
The food is varied and very good. Two menus and a kids menu to choose from. There was always plenty of food and drinks. After dinner the cozy guest room with a bar to a drink.
If you get the small, hardly traveled street in front of the house crossed, you are right next to the cross-country ski run, we cannot rate Alpin-skiers. I understand that, but it ought also to be well maintained and very varied.
The ski area is only by car or with the free ski bus to reach. It was well arranged and offers 'himmelblauen ' black slopes to everything, which one needs. Beginner have the possibility to go from the highest point in the valley on blue slopes.
