Watersports are a must and there is a footpath that stretches from the busier beach at Puerto Rico to the quieter beach at Amadores both beaches are clean and worth a visit and have a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Staff are polite and efficient and understand you if you cant speak Spanish.
Rooms are kept clean and the cleaners are amazing with their gestures of sweets left on the childrens pillows or arranging their beach towels into shapes.

Plenty bars and restaurants available from buffet style to bar snacks and the food is great with plenty of choice.
Anti bacterial gel is available on entry to the restaurant.
Good choice of available 'local' alcoholic drinks for all inclusive with 50% off menu prices for anything that is not on all inclusive.

Plenty sunbeds and one umbrella between two .
Pools are chlorinated with great views and access for disabled available in one of them.
Good activity programmes.

Most of the rooms are good sized, well kept rooms.They have large beds and sofas and armchairs, satellite TV, chiller, coffee and tea facilities and air conditioning safes are available to rent.
Patio door to balconies with table and chairs and two sun loungers and most rooms have great sea views.
Bathroom has a great shower and also has a hairdrier and shaving point with magnifier mirror.

No problem using mobile phone or internet .
Bargain with the watersports people especially if you are going to try them more than once.
Beaches are lovely but busy at weekends they are easily accessed via the footpath at the bottom of the hotel and its a nice walk of an evening .
Weather was lovely and even although the hotel was full we were always able to get a sunbed without any rush in the morning.
Don't be put off by the restaurant and bar owners trying to tout for your business and watch for the 'free trips' or 'scratch card' wins you will be offered in the street , they are timeshare touts.
