A room in building A *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe hotel consisted of the two main buildings (A and B) and the villas which were behind the main buildings (and had therefore no sea view). According to the TUI catalog, there were said to be 367 rooms.
The cleanliness was exemplary in the entire hotel area.
You could either book half board or all inclusive.
The guest structure was international. During our stay, German guests were the minority. There were many Russian guests, and nobody was misbehaving.
Location
The hotel was about 5km away from Belek. Downside: There were no stores or entertainment possibilities within walking distance. You either took the dolmusch or a taxi (about 8 euros one way). Upside: The hotel area was quiet.
The hotel had been built on a former golf course. The wonderful tree population was partly kept. You could go on very nice strolls in the really beautiful, park-like hotel area.
To the beach, you had to cross a little river. But that was no problem with the hotel's own footbridge.
We met very friendly staff in all areas (even without tips).
German was only rarely spoken. But you could get along with English everywhere.
We had no complaints about the room cleaning. Nice detail: Instead of putting a plastic sign at the door, you could press a switch in the room: the green light meant the room could be cleaned, the red light meant do not disturb. Great.
The hotel had a private hospital ward with a full-time nurse. The doctor had consultation-hour twice a day.
We can't say how complaints were handled as we didn't have any.

There were various halls with always enough seats in the main restaurant. It was also possible to eat outdoors where also the grill and the show cooking were.
The food was excellent – a great choice, delicious, varying, theme buffets. The only drawback: The dishes weren't always hot enough (despit the hotplates).
The prices for drinks were adequate for this hotel category (with half board), for example 1l of water = 3€, a glass of beer= 4€.
Sport & Entertainment
As mentioned in the travel brochure, there were basically no free time offers or entertainment (except for water gymnastics, etc.). The neighboring Gloria Golf hotel offered activities. The hotels were connected, and everything could be used. The big theater (for shows, etc.) was used by both hotels.
The beach was very ample. As mentioned in the catalog, the waterfront was a bit pebbly, so bathing shoes might be recommended. Or you could use the great jetty with beach chairs, a bar and showers. Very comfortable ladders spared you the pebbles.
The pool was a real hotel highlight, its length was just incredible, it was as long as the entire hotel. There were plenty of pool and beach chairs and umbrellas available in the hotel and on the beach (it really wasn't necessary to reserve them). All the areas were super well-kept and clean.
Room
The room size of 39sqm didn't allow you to feel cramped. Everything was very fancy with a lot of wood. Big closets (unique: a lighted clothes rail!!!), a flat screen TV, a balcony with chairs, a safe, telephones (also in the bathroom)...
A very nice bathroom with marble design and a seperate shower (great water pressure, a rain shower head = great), a huge tub with jacuzzi, a separate toilet, etc.
Tips and recommendations
When we were here in September, it was still far warmer than 30°C . The sea had about 28°C. That was almost too warm.
Conclusion: A very nice and fancy hotel, no party bunker. You could find your peace and quiet here.
