A country house at the Federal Highway *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AA hotel which was not a four star hotel should be. The draught beer was a shard of glass, the salt was sugar, the mini bar was not filled up every day and in a week there was no towel change took place. The TV was so small, that the couch could see nothing. In the final bill was a mistake.
The room was so, that it was only the white wall of the neighboring house could see. Never again!

Liebe Roderika,vielen Dank für Ihre ehrliche Meinung.
Sie haben definitiv Recht. Eine Glasscherbe im Bier - dies darf nicht sein! Mehrmals haben wir uns dafür bei Ihnen entschuldigt und Ihnen auch ein Getränk als "kleine Entschädigung" angeboten.
Leider haben Sie uns über Ihren Unmut über den Handtuchwechsel und das gebuchte Zimmer nicht mitgeteilt. Wir haben sehr viele verschiedene Kategorien hier bei uns im Haupthaus und können leider nicht immer jeden Gast mit seinem Geschmack richtig treffen. Gerne hätten wir hier Abhilfe geschaffen. Vielleicht geben Sie uns bei einem neuerlichen Besuch das nächste Mal die Chance Ihnen verschiedene Zimmer anzubieten.
Zudem arbeiten wir in der Hotellerie mit Menschen - für Menschen. Und diese machen bekanntlich auch Fehler. Dass Ihnen dies mehrmals während Ihres Aufenthaltes geschehen ist, tut mir sehr leid. Hatten wir doch den Eindruck uns intensiv um Ihre Belange gekümmert zu haben. Schade, dass wir Sie trotz dessen schlussendlich nicht zufrieden stellen konnten.
