Hotel has become very slack! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AVery bad services at the Republic of rudeness with a complaint room with 117 feiler in the room next to the bed it was out. Bathroom was very small with vomit in the ordinary casting clogged... And so on would only belächlt... No space allocated and... Madam gram was overwhelmed with certain things... Very even and the four stars? Near, there are other hotels in willingen not more.

Liebe Gudrun,vielen Dank für Ihre ehrliche Bewertung. Schade, dass wir Sie von unseren Leistungen nicht überzeugen konnten.
Leider haben Sie uns über Ihre Unzufriedenheit mit dem Pfeiler erst am nächsten Tag informiert. Hier haben wir jedoch direkt reagiert und Sie haben sich von zwei zur weiteren Auswahl stehenden Zimmern Eines ausgesucht. Einen Umzugs-Service lehnten Sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt ab.
Von der Aussage über das Bad möchten wir uns distanzieren, dies werden Sie bei uns nicht antreffen. Zudem wundern wir uns, dass vor Ort hiervon keine Rede war.
Zum Frühstück hatten wir Ihnen einen Tisch am Fenster reserviert. Und auch zum Abendessen, dass Sie à la Carte wählen wollten, war der Tisch reserviert. Daher erstaunt es mich etwas, dass Sie auch in diesem Bereich enttäuscht von uns waren.
Liebe Gudrun, ich möchte Ihnen noch einmal mitteilen, dass es mir leid tut, Ihre Wünsche und Erwartungen anscheinend mit unseren Leistungen nicht getroffen zu haben.
