Hotel the years! *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AI have no idea how the hotel of four stars?! The rooms are really old, the only thing that after the purchase was made 2008, the walls was removed. All of the furniture and the shabby carpet are very old and not in the best condition! The Badmobiliar is also a sleazy condition! There is a bunch of money for all the extras have to pay (parking, Internet, etc.) it is the mineral water bottle even in the room table, with which one might think it would be a attention of the house... Cost 3.95 €.
The breakfast we cancelled for safety again!

Lieber Florian,vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Ihre Beurteilung ist aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt, da sich die Bäder in sehr gutem Zustand befinden. Wir haben aber Ihre Kritik zum Anlass genommen unsere Bäder zu kontrollieren und bei Bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung zu unterziehen. Zu den Extrakosten möchten wir gerne anmerken, dass wir einen Übernachtungspreis von ca. 58-78 Euro anbieten. Die Extraleistungen werden von unseren Gästen extra gebucht und es ist jedem Gast überlassen diese auch in Anspruch zu nehmen oder nicht. Würden wir diese in den Übernachtungspreis mitberechnen, so würden auch die Preise entsprechend steigen. Dies wollen wir jedoch unseren Gästen nicht antun, die z. B. keinen Internetanschluss brauchen und trotzdem für diese Leistung bezahlen müssten. Bei der letzten Klassifizierung wurden uns die Sterne mit Lob bestätigt. Es tut uns Leid, dass Sie sich bei uns im Hotel nicht wohl gefühlt haben, vielleicht geben Sie ja einem anderen Hotel unserer Kooperation eine weitere Chance.
