Hotel good, staff at the front desk not *

And the beach was right outside the door, very clean
And the staff was very friendly and accommodating
And breakfast was good and varied, a lot of fresh fruit.
And evening buffet was a dream. I had rarely seen such a good, delicious, fresh, varied buffet experienced. Every evening a new topic. Always fish, meat, very delicious, the atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic, the staff was very, very good.
-Directly at check-in I got a room, which I didn't want to do, on the first floor. As I have already read reviews, in which they find themselves, not to stay in the first floor, I asked for a higher floor, but the same was rejected with the statement: is Superior room with sea view, it is almost like in the third floor. Oh well. I was in the room, I wanted to already again. Although clean and OK, but small, as the promised sea view was only a partial sea view, the balcony was actually on the steps to the beach with cafeteria, neighboring building with a bar and accordingly loud it was, when I opened the balcony door did. By a 'almost' third floor no trace. A Superior room with sea view, I believe it is not. Went back to the front desk, where it says: No more rooms available. The next day, when I asked again and said, that I could switch to a normal double room, which was supposedly a free room. There should be five days, I was promised, I get a letter, if something changes. There was actually a letter with the info: still no room. No one can tell me that, that in a hotel (even in high season) no free room. I am knowledgeable about conditions in the hotel and a hotel of this size is always available for all cases rooms. Found the behavior of the staff at the reception everything else, than accommodating and this is a shame, because the rest of the staff was perfect.
So: look before the check-in the room! Otherwise, it is a good hotel, which I can recommend.
