modern design hotel with weaknesses *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A Amodern, relatively new design hotel with direct access to the beach and a number of weaknesses in the service. The hotel is relatively new, the rooms very large and well and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately the service is the check in and the cleanliness the rooms not really the price and the vermitteltem the house. We stayed in two different rooms and in both had the bright carpet and bright upholstery suffered the staff. Marks (about 10 centimeter diameter up to) on the carpet and upholstered furniture were only cleaned very half-hearted. A 1.5 hourly the pool was found to be of the check in we were so explained, that the room the whole time was ready, but the housekeeping had not reported. You really feel like a guest not really taken serious. For the price (especially hidden costs ambush as American dollar 29 valet parking, each American dollars for 10 sun screen and chair at the beach, American dollars for 16 breakfast, and any transport costs because of the unzentralen location, and taxes) I expect a higher level of service. As long as the condition of the hotel should continue to decline, it is certainly in the range other alternatives in Miami beach.
