Already badly getting old *

I was three nights at this hotel, as I was at a meeting in the ICs. Positive, it should be noted that you quickly to the fair is (is located across the street) and easy access to the airport or to the train station direction Stuttgart middle. This is, however, not a licence 125 €for a standard room, which was not really worth it. The room was dark and with the windows facing the flughafenstrasse. Furthermore, a permanent air circulation of moved below the window sill, which at five degrees outside at night but the room cools down significantly. Heating on ventilation also didn't make a difference. The room was quite dated and unlovingly equipped, not as a picture on the wall. Also the wireless is pretty bad rate. 24 hours for 15 €however it was the timer to log on. That is probably in the meantime better. For a hotel chain the size should be no problem, there was a reasonable agreement.

vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für unser Haus entschieden haben und sich die Zeit genommen haben uns Ihr Feedback mitzuteilen.

Die Meinung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig, da wir nur so die Möglichkeit haben die Qualität von Produkt und Service beizubehalten und uns stetig zu verbessern.

Wir geben Ihnen recht, dass einige unserer Zimmer eine Modernisierung nötig haben. Da wir das Haus zum Ende diesen Jahres abgeben werden, sind keine Renovierungen geplant. Jedoch werden wir uns im laufenden Betrieb selbstverständlich weiterhin um die Sauberkeit kümmern für die unser Haus bekannt ist.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Anhaltspunkt bezüglich der Fensterbank in Ihrem Zimmern. Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie sich aufgrund der Temperatur in Ihrem Zimmer bei uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Gerne hätten wir gewusst, wann und in welchem Zimmer Sie übernachtet haben um entsprechende Reparaturen hinsichtlich der Fensterbank einzuleiten.

Ebenfalls möchte ich mich für den Hinweis, das Internet in unserem Hause kostenfrei anzubieten bedanken. Gerne würden wir unseren Gästen die Gebühren erlassen, allerdings sind wir vertraglich an einen externen Anbieter gebunden. Erfreulicherweise konnten wir durch wiederholt geführte Verhandlungen die Preise dieses Jahr bereits zweimal ein wenig senken und diese seit September 2010 an unsere Gäste weitergeben.

Sehr geehrter Stefan, wir würden uns trotz allem sehr freuen Sie bald wieder in einem unserer Mövenpick Hotels hier am Stuttgarter Flughafen begrüßen zu dürfen.
