Good location and good service *
Enlarge letters A A Downsize letters A AThe location is great. The hotel lies about 5-7 minutes walk from the train station Santa Maria Novella. To the sights (Ponte Vecchio, etc.) are about about 15 to 20 minutes within walking distance. The service was excellent. I was able to check in at half past seven in the morning and leave my luggage in the hotel, so that I in the afternoon only to receive the key from the room had (bag was already in the room!). The breakfast is quite wide, there is something for everyone and it is even Whole Wheat bread. ☺ the linen was' good ' I evaluated. My towels were changed every day, which in itself is very good, but not required. Moreover, in the hotel brochure, from an environmental, wassersparender the towels only changed, as soon as the guest on the floor. Here you should implement what has been said so. The room was clean and in terms of size appropriate. The bathroom had unfortunately some age-related macular spot on. So were the joints around the bath tub already some cracks and the frame was damaged. All in all highly recommended.
