Grand Hotel Callao

Very nice and plenty available sunbeds with matrasses with parasols.
Nice poolbar which overviews the pools, sea and mountain area.
Hotelrooms are very quit.
The beach is around 5 km's away from the hotel. This was clear to us because was told on the website.
At the airport we hired a car at € 26 a day. Our kids prefered staying at the pool.

Hotel serves half- and fullboard. Saturday Barbeque was served.
Price comparing to services is to our opinion very reasanoble.
Free WiFi (in bar and lobby) and free locker.
Poolbar serves daily different lunches. Price for lunch + softdrink only € 7,00.
All area's are clean and hotel staff was very kind and friendly.

1 restaurant inside with outside terras.
1 poolbar for lunch.
Very clean dining area.
The atmosphere is sterile.
We would have liked to see more atmosphere.
On the outdoor terrace in the evening a bright halogen bulbs shines at the terras. Inside the restaurant cold light is shining.
The breakfast is good and complete. Lunch is optional and is good. Dinner is moderate. But for the € 5 p.p. we paid for it you can also eating outside.

2 large, clean pools, one of them heated.
3 well maintained tenniscourts.
Golfcource with 9 holes (only putting and chipping)
Poolbiljart
"PingPong" table.
Live music every night but in a sterile environment with similar sounding artists.
If the staff changes the lights and put more plants in the bar and restaurant area we would consider to stay in the evenings.

We had a family room (roomnumber 415).
Our room was very spacious with 4 beds is 2 separate area's.
Large balcony wth table (4 seats) and 2 sunbeds.
Large shower with 2 sinks and toilet.
Free locker and small refrigerator (perfect for water, beer and wine)
Lots of closet space. Phone and air-conditioning.
2 office tables and flatscreen television.

Very good value for money.
We had the whole week beautifull weather (24 degrees / no clouds).
Free and fast WiFi connection.
Large 46" Flatscreen televiosion in bar area.
